TERMS AND CONDITONS

 

We hope that you find the website easy to use, do email or call us, if you have any queries or any further questions.

PAYMENT

To place an order or commission, a 50% deposit is required and the final 50% is to be paid upon receiving the product.

Bank details will be on all invoices, so you can make payments through Internet Banking. If you'd prefer to send a cheque by post, please email us on pippa@pippacaley.com and we can send you further information.

PLEASE NOTE

All the products are hand made so imperfections may occur.

Fabrics are all hand dyed and screen printed so shades may vary slightly in appearance from product to product.

All cushion pads are filled with duck feathers and could vary slightly in size.

ORDERING TIMES

The timescales of commission for each piece may vary depending from product to product. If you have a specific date that you need your products for, then please send us an email stating this beforehand. Completion dates are stated on each individual quotes for bespoke pieces.

SHIPPING

For cushions, we use 1st Class Royal Mail or recorded delivery.

We will discuss individual delivery via the phone or email depending on the commission.

RETURNS POLICY

We will endeavour to meet your customers' satisfactions first time round, and hope that once you receive your ordered products, you will be happy to recommend our services.

If you are not, then please do get in touch with us immediately.

If you notice that your order is damaged when you receive it, then please do not sign for it or even accept delivery and kindly get in contact with us straight away.
