About Pippa Caley

Pippa studied at the Royal College of Art and achieved an MA in Constructed Textiles (Mixed Media). Her inspiration has always been creating organic marks derived from her own drawings and photography.

The embroidery techniques Pippa employs allow her to create her signature delicate mark making. Layering traditional textile techniques such as screen printing, hand stitching and Irish machine embroidery, combine to help Pippa achieve abstract effects.

Hand dyeing fabrics is how Pippa develops her unusual colour combinations which are key to her textiles - tonal neutrals combine with hints of fluro resulting in unexpected, inspiring colour palates.

Pippa's embellished one off products illustrate the varied facets of her signature style. Created in her South West London studio, her hand dyed colours combined with painterly mark making prints and intricate embroidered detail, offer a splash of colour and texture to suit any interior space.
